  • Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this promotion (the ‘Promotion’) constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
  • The Promoter is Cadbury UK, a partnership between Cadbury UK Limited, Trebor Bassett Limited and The Old Leo Company Limited, at Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, UB8 1DH, United Kingdom.
  • Entry is open only to UK residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Directors, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, management and employees) of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
  • The Promotion begins at 12.00 hours on 11/5/2009 and closes at 23.59 hours on 19/7/2009 (“Promotion Period”).
  • Internet access and valid email account is required.
  • There is one prize to be won, consisting of a holiday in Marrakech Morocco, minimum 4 star hotel accommodation (with bed and breakfast), occupancy based on 2 people sharing a twin room, flights from London Gatwick to Menera International Airport Marrakech (transfers not included). Outbound travel must commence by 30/11/2009 (the ‘Prize’).
  • To enter the competition, individuals must, by 12.00 hours on 7/06/2009, register as participants at www.cremeeggtwisted.com then solve a minimum of 8 of the 16 clues sent to them by email within the required time limits.
  • The time limits are as follows:

    • A total of 16 clues will be sent to participants by email to the address provided at registration, one on each of the following dates: 18.5, 21.5, 25.5, 28.5, 01.6, 04.6, 08.6, 11.6, 15.6, 18.6, 22.6, 25.6, 29.6, 02.7, 06.7 and 09.7.
    • Clues must be solved within the 72 hours between clues being issued; no clue can be solved AFTER the subsequent clue has been sent out.
  • The winner will be selected at random by automated machine at 12.00 hours on 20/7/2009 (the ‘Draw Date’) from all participants who correctly answered 8 clues and submitted those correct responses within the correct time limits. The Winner will be notified the day after the Draw Date by email.
  • The Winner must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the Promotion, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected First Applications and Second Applications (the ‘Applications’), claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
  • The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law including death, personal injury and fraud (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason the prize becomes unavailable or is unlawful to provide, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of force majeure, an terrorism, riot, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
  • In the event of the prize not being accepted or claimed within three months of it being won, the relevant prize winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the remaining Super Agents’ entries.
  • The Promoter may publish the name and the county of residence of the Winner on its website or in a trade publication. The Winner’s details, (name and county), will be made available on request to those writing to TWISTED Promotion, TWISTED Brand Manager, Cadbury Holdings Limited, Cadbury House, Sanderson Road, Uxbridge, MIDDLESEX, UB8 1DH within 10 weeks after the Draw Date, enclosing a SAE.
  • By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to consent to the use of their personal data by the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.   • These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
